This is the best Chinese place that I've found in the South Wedge/North Brighton area, which is where I both live and work. The food is good, great portion size, and priced VERY reasonably. I work on the 3rd floor of my office building, and they will come upstairs to deliver (some places won't do that, or they'll whine about having to) Just be sure to leave enough time if you order though, sometimes it'll take up to 40-45 minutes for them to get your delivery to you.
